Heavy Duty & External Enclosure Gas Struts
Secure heavy outdoor lids, generator enclosures, and commercial bins with AUTORCE heavy-duty gas struts. Designed to lift and hold substantial weights securely, these struts provide the extreme force needed for large-scale external applications that standard domestic struts simply cannot handle.
Maximum Lifting Power Up to 2000N
Dealing with massive lids requires industrial-strength solutions. This collection features our most robust cylinders, offering extended lengths up to 1000mm and extreme force ratings peaking at 2000N. Because these struts operate under immense pressure, they must be paired with reinforced mounting points and heavy-duty brackets to ensure operational safety.
Calculating the correct force for extreme weights is highly critical. We strongly recommend using our Gas Strut Calculator or consulting our engineering support team at sales@autorce.com before installing high-pressure struts.
