QUESTION: The AUTORCE Universal Gas Struts I bought does not close? Is this faulty? What should I do?
ANSWER: You cannot squeeze the gas struts you bought with your hand. First of all, install the Gas struts where you want to use them. If it doesn't squeeze there then you probably got too strong (High Newton) Gas Struts. You should get lower Newton (N) Gas Struts.
