Recommended Mounting Setup:
- Install one strut on each side of the lid
- Fix the upper bracket approx. 20–30% down from the hinge
- Mount the lower bracket approx. 90–140mm below the top inner frame edge
- Ensure slight compression when the lid is fully closed to maintain preload tension
⚠ If the lid weight exceeds 72kg, consider a higher force rating option.
⚠ For lids under 40kg, the struts may feel overly strong.
