Recommended Mounting Setup:
- Install one strut on each side of the lid
- Fix the upper bracket approx. 20–30% down from the hinge
- Mount lower bracket approx. 80–120mm below the top inner frame edge
- Ensure slight compression when the lid is fully closed to maintain preload tension
⚠ If lid weight exceeds 18kg, consider 150N or 200N options.
⚠ For lids under 5kg, the struts may feel overly strong.
