The density of a solid sample without any hole inside is determined by weighing it in dry air first and then measuring the liquid displaced when placed in alcohol with specific density. |
FILLER RATIO |
Filler ratio of the orijinal and recycle raw materials are measured by oven equipment and measurements performed in terms of percent according to ISO-3451-1 standard. |
MOISTURE

Moisture content of the raw material granules are carried out by Aquatrac method and determined in percent.

DIMENSIONAL MEASUREMENTS |
Size measurements of semi-finished and finished products are made in comparison with technical pictures. |
PRODUCT PERFORMANCE MEASURE |
The pallets are subject to rack, static and dynamic tests in accordance with ISO 8611-1:2011 standards. |
MELT FLOW INDEX (MFI)
|
Melt Flow Index (MFI) of orijinal and recycle plastic raw material is measured in g/10 min. using Melt Flow Index device in accordance with ISO 1133 standards under specific temperatures and pressure conditions. For this test the melted plastic material is forced through a capillary tube with applied load to detect how much material flows in 10 minutes. Viscosity is one of the most important parameters for material processing and molding.

CHARPY IMPACT STRENGTH |
Charpy impact test is done to measure the amount of energy that is absorbed by the material and the results used for evaluation of crispiness of the material. Notched and unnotched test samples produced with related original or recycle raw material and Izod Impact Strength test is performed in terms of kj/m2 according to ISO 179. The fracture resistance of the material should be measured by Izod Impact Strength test for high impact strength material selection. |
HARDNESS |
Shore D hardness of the raw materials, are carried out according to ISO 868 standard. Hardness is indicates of deformation resistance of the plastic. |
FILLING DETERMINATION

The amount of filler material of the original and recycled raw materials is determined by the Ash Furnace equipment and equipments as% according to ALKT-509 standard. The filling ratio of the material affects all properties, especially the mechanical properties.

ELECTRO STATIC (ESD) DISCHARGE |
ESD measurements of the products which produced for electronic industry are carried out by Megaohmmeter according to EN 50081-1 and EN 50082-1. The boxes which produced with ESD raw materials protect the product inside and prevent damage during manfacturing, transporting and storage. |
VERTICAL COMBUSTION CABINET |
